What to expect when shopping Otra Vez Vintage!

 1. How much does shipping cost?

For most orders, we charge a flat rate of $7 for shipping and handling fees. 

There are two exceptions to this:

- If you opt for priority mail express (aka asap!) - $15

- If you spend $40, shipping is free!

2. How soon will I receive my order?

We do our best to ship all items the next business day (with the exception of Sundays and State and Federal holidays). 

Depending on the type of shipping you choose, your order may arrive anywhere from 2 - 5 days after it has shipped. 

3. Are all clothing pieces washed before selling?

Yes! All clothing is washed and air dried. Prior to shipping, we de-sanitize and steam everything with a professional grade steamer.

Purses, shoes, and totes are cleaned and reconditioned as needed.

Coats made from material like leather are handwashed/wiped, de-sanitized, and steamed to preserve the original structure and fabric

4. What sizing do you offer?

We do our best to offer a variety of sizing and pick pieces that range from fitted to oversized. It is one of our goals for 2025 to include a wider more consistent variety of sizing!

5. How do I know if I am ordering the right size?

The best way to know is to take your own measurements (waist, hips, bust, shoulders) and compare with either the mannequin's measurements or the measurements provided for each individual item :) 

The mannequin is the same used in all photos and is a size 6/medium - please reference the 'sizing guide' tab for exact measurements!

In addition to measurements, we also add in a 'fits like' section. Vintage clothing sizing was often much much smaller than what we are used to today! So, though the top might say size 12, it may actually fit a modern-day medium.

6. What is your return policy?

At the moment, we do not currently accept returns. However, if you have any questions or concerns, we will certainly work with you on a case-by-case basis!
